ที่ผ่านมา ช่องรายการถูกนำมาออกอากาศโดยไม่มีสัญญาอนุญาตอย่างเป็นทางการจากเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ แต่ปัจจุบันนี้เจ้าของช่อง ได้เริ่มทวงถามและตรวจความรับผิดชอบตามกฎหมายในโรงแรมที่เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย FibreGreen TV ได้รับมอบอำนาจโดยตรงให้จัดจำหน่ายช่องเหล่านี้อย่างถูกต้อง จึงจำเป็นต้องมีการจ่ายค่าลิขสิทธิ์ครับ / In the past, the channels might have been broadcast without official authorization from the copyright owner. Now, channel owners are regulating their rights in Thailand, and FibreGreen TV has been officially licensed to distribute them legally.

โรงแรมจะถือว่ามีการออกอากาศรายการที่มีลิขสิทธิ์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ซึ่งการละเมิดกฎหมาย ทำให้ อาจมีข้อยกเว้นทางกฎหมายได้ และยังเป็นการบ่อนทำลายชื่อเสียงของโรงแรม การได้รับอนุญาตรับประกันความสอดคล้องทางกฎหมาย และช่วยให้โรงแรมสามารถประชาสัมพันธ์ตนเองได้อย่างมั่นใจว่าดำเนินการได้อย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย / The hotel would be considered to be broadcasting copyrighted content without permission, which may lead to legal consequences. Being licensed ensures compliance and allows the hotel to promote itself confidently as operating legally.

บางผู้ให้บริการอาจไม่ได้รับสิทธิ์โดยตรงจากเจ้าของช่อง แต่ FibreGreen TV เป็นผู้ได้รับสิทธิ์อย่างเป็นทางการจากเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์บางรายเช่น Aljazeera, DW, TV5 / Some providers might not have direct authorization. FibreGreen TV, however, is officially appointed by channel owners such as Aljazeera, DW, TV5.

ค่าลิขสิทธิ์ขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนห้องพักและจำนวนช่องที่เลือก โดยทั่วไปเพียงไม่กี่สิบบาทต่อห้องต่อเดือน ซึ่งถือว่าคุ้มค่ามากเมื่อเทียบกับประโยชน์ด้านภาพลักษณ์และความถูกต้องทางกฎหมาย / The license fee depends on the number of rooms and selected channels – usually just a few tens of baht per room per month, which is highly affordable compared to the benefits of legal compliance and professional image.

หลังจากเซ็นสัญญาอนุญาตแสดงแพร่ ช่องจะอยู่ในสถานะถูกต้องตามลิขสิทธิ์ทันที และเริ่มนับค่าลิขสิทธิ์ตั้งแต่วันแรกที่เริ่มใช้งานจริง / Once the license agreement is signed, the hotel will be officially covered and billing starts from the first active month.

จ่ายให้กับบริษัท FibreGreen TV Co., Ltd. ซึ่งเป็นผู้ได้รับสิทธิ์จัดจำหน่ายรายการจากเจ้าของช่องในประเทศไทย โดยมีใบแจ้งหนี้และใบเสร็จรับเงินออกให้ทุกครั้ง / Payments are made to FibreGreen TV Co., Ltd., the officially authorized distributor in Thailand. Invoices and receipts are issued for every payment.

สามารถจ่ายได้ผ่านการโอนบัญชีธนาคาร หรือเช็คในนามบริษัท FibreGreen TV Co., Ltd. / Payment can be made via bank transfer or by cheque payable to FibreGreen TV Co., Ltd.
